I am a local Southern Oregonian and after living in many other places including New Mexico, Colorado, and California, I returned here to the Rogue Valley with my family in 2010. My days are filled with children. We have a household of 8 (or more) and there are kids in and out every day. I enjoy exploring the wilderness wherever I may be, dancing and playing music around a fire. My truest passion is feeling connected to Spirit in whatever way I may and seeing that Light and bringing it out for others to recognize within themselves. I have a passion for natural healing and learning different ways of shifting energy and releasing belief patterns that no longer serve our best interests. I love discovering ways of explaining our mysterious inner worlds. I seek Truth and Joy every day.
I have been a massage therapist and natural therapeutic specialist since 2001. I am an energy medicine practitioner and am always seeking new tools for my medicine basket. Mostly, I am a full-time mama. It has been my observation that my friends, family, and humans, in general, tend to live lives aligned with the traumas that we have experienced rather than living in alignment with our deeper senses of self and purpose. This deep realization inspired me to find out and learn how to unravel limiting belief patterns and out-dated programs so that we can step into our life’s true fulfilling purpose and recreate a more healthy and sustainable world. I feel like Prayer is the most powerful tool that we have as humans walking in this world.
In my work, I am striving to create a safe, empowered and activated container where people can let go of what no longer serves them and allow Creator to fill them with health, love and all that will expand their experience in this life. That is what has called me to this Walk of Prayer.
I am of service to people and our world by being connected to Creator and the Earth and allowing that connection to create a ripple of healing and unconditional love across this planet.
