Energy Medicine
As a Natural Therapeutic Specialist, I have spent many years discovering and developing different modalities of healing. Each teaching has been integrated into my life and practice and has become Medicine in my Medicine Basket. When it became clear that I wanted to be of service by helping people align with their most authentic selves and their true calling, my practice shifted from massage and bodywork towards energy healing and prayer. All things are made of energy, from the dense floor and walls around us to our hearts and organs to our very thoughts and beliefs. Understanding this truth has allowed me to see that healing can take place physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually by shifting the energy in and around the body. Several scientific discoveries have confirmed that energy, or life-force, can be measured and manipulated as it is an electromagnetic charge. As an ordained Minister of Walking Prayer through the Center for Sacred Studies, it is important to me that I bring to my clients a welcoming and sacred container and environment where one feels safe opening the heart and being vulnerable in their healing process. The majority of my current practice focuses on energy phsychology through the quantum realm where we are able to access and remove limiting beliefs and step into an upgraded sense of self and of life. learn more
Spiritual Direction and Development
There are times and chapters in our lives when it is important to develop and nourish our spirituality and our connection to that which is greater than ourselves. As a Minister of Walking Prayer, I receive clients and work with them from where they are already at in their process of spiritual development. With training in ministry, alchemical transformation, sacred space, and conscious leadership, I’ve had to opportunity to gain the tools to hold a safe and sacred space for clients to tap deeper into themselves and to their connection to the Sacred. Learning and cultivating tools to implement in your own life and daily practice is an important part of this work. I am also grateful to offer group work to cultivate compassion and create deeper and more meaningful relationships with the community and in our own expressions of life.
Breathwork
I am happy to now be offering in-person and online Breathwork sessions for individuals and groups. This breathwork experience creates a beautiful, safe, and sacred space to gently transform heavy energies, patterns, and old traumas. By using a conscious connected breath pattern we can immediately affect our sense of clarity, connection, peace, and self-awareness while also reducing stress and anxiety without having to go into story. This breathwork is a combination of holotropic breathwork and rebirthing.

Space Clearing

A cleansed home or workspace is a noticeably lighter and more inviting place to be. Many different kinds of energies can be stuck or attached to a home or business that has not been energetically cleansed. Access Bars
During a Bars session, a client lies fully clothed on a massage table while 32 points are lightly touched on the head which dissipates the electromagnetic charge that gets locked in our brains by the thoughts, feelings, and emotions that we have stored over lifetimes. Having your Bars run begins to undo limitations at their source by undoing the unconsciousness that creates limitations. People say that at worst, having your Bars run will leave you feeling very relaxed like you had a great massage; at best, your whole life could change. Elemental Balance

As a certified Four Elemental Mother Ceremony Practitioner, I am able to lead and guide community or personal ceremonies to help bring balance to the elemental forces within your body and spirit as well as honoring and bringing balance to the elements that make up our world and environment. During these times of planetary transformation, we’ve been experiencing these elemental forces out of balance in the form of wildfires, tsunamis, earthquakes, and hurricanes. These experiences can leave us powerless and scared. This ceremony honors these transitions and gives participants an opportunity to balance the elements within their own bodies and in their life and extend that into their environment. The ceremony is non-denominational as it is meant to bring people of all faiths, religions, and backgrounds together, eliminating the illusion that we are all separate and help us to honor the sacred within us and the sacred that surrounds us. The Hawaiian prayer Ho’oponopono helps us in the ceremony to give great thanks to Creator and the elemental forces and express our love as well as ask forgiveness for all ways we have not honored the elements within us and polluted and dishonored the elements of our world. Water is the guiding element of the ceremony. These ceremonies are powerful prayers that help us to balance the forces of nature. Polarity Therapy
Polarity is a simple and effective method used to balance the currents of life force that flow through the body. Polarity involves intuitive sensitivity and skillful application to help free blocked energy caused by physical or emotional distress. A Polarity Therapy session is done on the massage table and can be combined with Access Bars to create a deeper sense of letting go and balancing.
