Alchemy of Awakening Elemental Breathwork -FREE workshop

We are living in a time of rapid awakening. We can’t and don’t necessarily want to return to the way things were. At the same time, it can be overwhelming and confusing as we attempt to navigate the awakening process while experiencing intense transitions and shifts in awareness.

Energy medicine and breathwork help us let go of the old, outdated way of being with more ease and grace, see the potential of the moment, and move forward with more personal power and clarity.

Heart Space Breathwork

In this breathwork we will use a conscious connected breath and follow music and verbal cues to journey towards a peak experience, before integrating the energies that arise in a more expanded state of awareness. The total journey will be about 35 minutes which does not include the introduction or the time for sharing afterwards. This is a gentle psychotherapeutic and mind-body technique that supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and well-being. Center for Sacred Studies Sanctuary Service

a virtual Sunday service

A prayer full offering from myself and other Ministers of Walking Prayer ordained through the Center for Sacred Studies. This Sunday Service is open to people of all faiths, backgrounds, genders, cultures, colors, and creeds. We join together to honor the Sacred in its many names and forms. We have been gathering on Zoom every Sunday and follow the service with Sacred Heart Space for compassionate listening.

Heart Space of Jacksonville

Heart Space of Jacksonville is for people who are interested in dropping into the energy of the heart to create Sacred Space and build a compassionate community to inspire social justice so that all people may thrive. The structure of these groups is designed to help people cultivate compassion through reflective practices, deep listening, and dropping into the heart.

Heart Space is a sacred gathering where people of all backgrounds and belief systems are
welcomed to share and experience from the Heart. The intention is to provide a safe space for participants to build trust that leads to moving beyond the mind and into the heart,
transcending the intellect, feeling our common humanity, putting Spirit in the center of the circle, and creating a place of compassion.

There are three essential components to each HeartSpace gathering:
1. Teaching/practice: A teaching or practice will be offered from a variety of wisdom traditions,
cultures and/or sciences.
2. Contemplation: providing time before, during, or after the primary offering for meditation,
prayer or contemplation.
3. Compassionate communication: providing time after the primary offering and
contemplation for deep listening while each member has an opportunity to share reflections
about the offering/teaching or about their current experience. (possibly in small break-out
groups if the gathering is large)

Mystic Numerology 2021

We’ll take a good look at the collective energies that we are navigating and we’ll have an opportunity to discover our Life Path numbers AND our Personal Year numbers for 2021!

My favorite part of numerology is looking at where we are in the 9-year cycle so we have more understanding of where we were, where we are now, and where we’re heading.
