Beltane Blessings
What if our desire was not to be like-minded, but instead to be like-hearted? What if we were to honor the individual’s beliefs and choices, while continuing to dance the collective dance?
While Saturn in Aquarius is seeking systemic structure and control, Uranus in Taurus wants to express beauty through individual freedom. These energies are at a difficult square throughout the year. And now Saturn is also squaring the Sun and the whole Taurus stellium.
To find our way through these times, we have to allow the individual to be free and liberated while creating new systems that honor that freedom. With personal sovereignty we will see beyond the outer need to unite under a facade of control, and instead unite through the energies of the heart: Truth, Freedom, and Love.
Have you ever danced around the May Pole? It requires us to express freely and beautifully while also being aware and respectful of the collective dance and all that is coming towards us. It’s a lovely celebration of the unique colors and dance of the individual while weaving beauty and structure with the collective bringing harmony of the masculine and feminine.
It is not individual freedom OR collective unity. It is both/and. This is what is possible.
